Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by Tankless Flush Pro ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all services including tankless water heater flushing, descaling, inspections, and use of our website.
Services Description
We provide professional tankless water heater flushing and descaling services for residential properties in Orange County, California. Each service includes circulation of professional-grade descaling solution through the heat exchanger, clean water neutralization, system inspection, and a written service report. Service availability and scheduling are confirmed during the booking process.
Pricing
Our standard tankless water heater flush is provided at a flat rate of $349 per unit. This rate includes all labor, materials, and documentation. There are no diagnostic fees, trip charges, or hourly rates. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with thirty days written notice posted on our website. Booked appointments are honored at the quoted rate regardless of subsequent price changes.
No Long-Term Contracts
All services are provided on a per-appointment or month-to-month basis. We do not require long-term contracts, minimum service periods, or cancellation fees. Annual maintenance plan members can cancel at any time without penalty.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to your tankless water heater unit
- Ensure power (gas or electric) is available to the unit at the time of service
- Have an adult present during the appointment unless prior arrangements are made
- Notify us of any known issues, leaks, or unusual behavior with your unit
- Inform us of any access restrictions (locked gates, alarm codes, pets)
Liability and Insurance
We carry commercial general liability insurance and take full responsibility for damages caused by our employees or equipment during service visits. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service visit that gave rise to the claim, or one thousand dollars, whichever is greater. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with your tankless unit that are unrelated to our service.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Every flush comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you experience any issues related to our service within 30 days of your appointment, we will return and address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality and completeness of our flushing service and does not extend to unrelated mechanical failures or pre-existing conditions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

No. Our tankless water heater flushing service is performed on a per-appointment basis with no contracts and no recurring commitment required. Each service is a standalone transaction at our published flat rate. If you sign up for our annual maintenance plan, it operates on a month-to-month basis with zero cancellation fees — you can cancel at any time for any reason. We earn your repeat business by delivering excellent service, not by locking you into an agreement.
We carry full commercial general liability insurance to cover any property damage that may occur during our service visits. In the unlikely event that our technician or equipment causes damage to your property, notify us immediately and we will document the issue, file an insurance claim, and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Our technicians are trained professionals who take care around your home, but we take full responsibility if an accident occurs.
We reserve the right to adjust our pricing with thirty days written notice. However, if you have already booked an appointment at a quoted rate, that rate is locked in for that service visit regardless of any subsequent price changes. Any material changes to these terms of service will be posted on our website at least thirty days before they take effect. Existing annual maintenance plan members will be notified by email of any pricing adjustments before their next renewal date.
